Stacy Kourlis Guillon understands the landscape of dispute resolution. She has been a fulltime neutral since 2021. She serves on the American Arbitration Association’s commercial and consumer panels. She is a commercial mediator certified by the Early Dispute Resolution Institute.

Before co-founding Decisioncraft, she was an attorney at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP (formerly Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons), litigating complex cases of all varieties, including contract, land use, constitutional, education, and agricultural disputes. Before entering private practice, Stacy clerked for Judge Timothy Tymkovich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

While Stacy’s focus is now alternative dispute resolution, she brings to the table a wealth of understanding of the legal system, having worked not only as an attorney but also to evaluate ways to make the system better. She led empirical analysis of public trust and confidence in the American legal system and managed an international initiative to study class action procedure. At Decisioncraft, she applies that same analytical approach to parse complex legal issues and to craft innovative, tailor-made processes that best serve the parties’ unique interests.

Stacy is available for arbitrations, mediations, and strategic analysis.
